Common questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Owners and admins can upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Plan and billing. Upgrades can be paid through Paystack; downgrades take effect immediately or at period end.
What do I pay when a customer pays me online?
That is separate from your KudiBooks subscription: Paystack’s processing fee plus the platform percentage you set in Customer payments (2% by default).
Do I need a card to use Starter?
No. Starter is free and does not require a card.
Which modules does each plan include?
Each package turns on a set of workspace modules (Projects, Banking, People, and so on). Compare the highlights on each card, or open Plan and billing after you sign in.
