Using KudiBooks
By creating an account, you agree to use KudiBooks only for lawful business purposes and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial records you enter.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and for any team members you invite to it.
Payments
Payments collected through KudiBooks are processed by a third-party payment provider and are subject to that provider’s standard processing fees, deducted from the amount collected. KudiBooks itself charges no subscription fee.
Your data
You own the financial records you create in KudiBooks. We store them to provide the service and do not claim ownership over your business data.
Service availability
We aim to keep KudiBooks available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We’ll do our best to communicate planned downtime in advance.
Termination
You may stop using KudiBooks at any time. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or is used for unlawful activity.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of KudiBooks after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
