Everything KudiBooks does today
Invoicing, client work, your team and your books all run on the same records, so nothing has to be copied between tools. Here is each part, and what it does not do yet.
Invoicing
Pick a customer, choose items you have billed before, and create the invoice. KudiBooks numbers it, records it in your books, and gives you a PDF and a payment link to share.
Estimates
Price the work, share the estimate, and when your customer says yes, convert it into an invoice. The customer, items and tax carry over.
Recurring invoices
Set up a schedule once. KudiBooks creates the invoice on the day and can issue it for you, so a retainer never depends on you remembering.
Projects
Each client can have several projects. Track the work on a board, post short updates, and tag invoice lines with the project they bill, so every project shows what has been invoiced and what is still owed.
Retainers
Describe the services and how often they are billed, send the client a private link to read and sign the agreement, and KudiBooks creates each invoice on time. Nothing is billed until it is signed.
Client portal
Instead of answering “where are we on the website?” again and again, invite your client to a private portal. It always shows their projects and progress, their invoices, and anything waiting for them.
Online payments
Connect your Paystack account once. Every invoice then has a link your customer opens to pay, and the payment is recorded against the invoice for you.
Bookkeeping
You create invoices, record bills and log payments. KudiBooks records the matching double-entry journal entries itself, so your books stay right without bookkeeping chores.
Bank reconciliation
Add a bank account, import a statement, and match each line to an entry that is already recorded, or categorize it as something new.
Reports
Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow come straight from the same entries as your invoices, bills and bank lines, so they always agree with each other.
People & payroll
Keep a record for each person who works for you, take new joiners through a checklist, track their leave, and run the month’s payroll with tax and pension worked out. Approving a run posts it to your books, and each person gets a payslip.
HR letters
Pick a kind of letter, choose the person, and it writes itself from their record. Change any word, then download it as a PDF on your letterhead or email it. Offers can be accepted or declined online.
Sales & CRM
Leads go in a list. The ones worth chasing become deals you drag across a board. When one is won, the customer, the project and the invoice are already connected to it, because they came from the same place.
Social media
Connect the accounts you post from, write once, and choose who it goes to. Tailor the wording for any one of them without writing it again, then put the whole month on a calendar.
