Projects that know what they have earned
Each client can have several projects. Track the work on a board, post short updates, and tag invoice lines with the project they bill, so every project shows what has been invoiced and what is still owed.

How it works
- 1
Start a project for a client
Name it, add a brief, a due date and an optional budget. It gets a board straight away.
- 2
Move work across the board
Add tasks and drag them between stages. The last stage counts as done and drives the progress bar.
- 3
Bill it and keep the client informed
Tag invoice lines with the project. Post updates, and choose which tasks and notes your client can see.
What you get
- A board that fits your work
- Stages are yours to name. A software team might use Backlog, In progress, In review and Done; a builder might use Quoted, On site and Completed.
- Create projects while invoicing
- On an invoice line, choose a project or create one right there from what you just typed, such as “Web development”.
- Budget against billed
- See how much of a project’s budget has been invoiced, and how much of that is still unpaid.
- Files, shared on your terms
- Attach files to a project and choose which ones your client sees. Clients can send you theirs from the portal. Files are stored privately and downloaded through short-lived links.
- Internal tasks stay internal
- Mark a task or an update as internal and it never appears in your client’s portal.
- On the PDF too
- Lines tagged with a project show the project’s name on the invoice PDF.
Common questions
Is there time tracking?
Not yet. Projects track tasks, updates and what has been invoiced. Time tracking is not built.
Can a project have more than one invoice?
Yes. Any number of invoices can include lines for the same project, and a single invoice can split its lines across several projects.
Can I see a project’s profit?
Not yet. A project shows what has been invoiced and what is still owed. Expenses are not attached to projects.
