How it works

Write the agreement
Choose the client, list the services and prices, set the interval and dates, and edit the terms. A sensible default agreement is filled in.

Send the signing link
Copy the link and send it by email or WhatsApp. The client reads the agreement and signs by typing their name. No account is needed.

Invoices create themselves
When it is signed, the schedule starts. If it starts today, the first invoice is created immediately.

Common questions
Does KudiBooks email the signing link?
Yes. Email it to the client from the retainer, with your own wording. You can also copy the link and send it another way, such as WhatsApp. You get an email when they sign.
Is a typed signature legally binding?
Electronic signatures are widely accepted for ordinary service agreements, but the rules depend on your country and the contract. KudiBooks records the signature, time and a fingerprint of what was signed; it is not legal advice.
Can I edit an agreement after sending it?
Withdraw it first. That pulls it back to a draft and the old link stops working. Once it is signed it can no longer be edited; cancel it and create a new one.
