Social data-deletion instructions

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account — your name, email, and business details — along with the financial records you create in the product, such as invoices, contacts, and journal entries.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the product: authenticating your account, generating your invoices and reports, and processing payments you initiate. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in an access-controlled database, scoped to your business, and encrypted in transit. Every business’s records are isolated from every other business’s.

Third-party services

KudiBooks uses third-party providers for payment processing and, where connected, bank data. Those providers process only what is necessary to complete the function you’ve requested.

Connected social accounts

When you connect Facebook or Instagram, we store the identifiers, names, profile pictures, and account information returned by Meta, together with encrypted authorization tokens. We use these connections to publish content you submit or schedule and to retrieve supported post metrics. Connections and publishing records belong to the business workspace where you authorize them. We do not use your authorization to publish unrelated content.

Social data sharing and removal

Publishing sends your selected text and media to the social network you choose. Media storage providers process uploaded files to make publishing possible. You can disconnect an account in Social → Accounts to delete its stored authorization tokens and stop future publishing through that connection. Disconnecting keeps the publishing history and does not delete posts already published on Facebook or Instagram. See our data-deletion instructions for removing connection records or requesting removal of other stored social data.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your account data by contacting support. We will respond to any such request within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. We’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
