Get paid online straight from the invoice

Connect your Paystack account once. Every invoice then has a link your customer opens to pay, and the payment is recorded against the invoice for you.

Free to use. No card needed.

Illustration with sample data.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect Paystack

Add your payout details in Payment settings. This sets up your business to receive payments.

  2. 2

    Share the payment link

Create a link on any unpaid invoice and send it to your customer.

  3. 3

    The payment records itself

When Paystack confirms the payment, KudiBooks marks the invoice paid and posts the entries.

What you get

No account needed for customers
Anyone with the link can view the invoice and pay. They do not need to sign up.
Hosted checkout
Customers pay on Paystack’s own checkout page, so card details never touch KudiBooks. Which methods appear depends on what is enabled on your Paystack account.
Links that expire
A payment link works for 30 days. Creating a new one replaces the old one, so a forwarded link cannot be used forever.
Always the right amount
The link asks for the balance still due. If you have already recorded a part payment by hand, your customer only pays what is left.
Cash and transfers too
Record a payment you received outside the link, such as cash or a direct bank transfer, in a few seconds.

Common questions

What does it cost when a customer pays online?

Each online payment carries Paystack’s processing fee plus a platform percentage, set when you connect Paystack in Payment settings (2% by default). Recording cash or bank transfers by hand costs nothing.

Which payment methods can customers use?

The methods enabled on your Paystack account, such as cards and bank transfer.

Does the customer see my bank details?

No. They pay through Paystack’s checkout.

Can I stop a payment link from working?

Yes. Creating a new link replaces the previous one, and every link expires after 30 days.
