How it works
- 1
Connect your accounts
Sign in to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or X and pick the pages and profiles you post from. Group them by client or brand.
- 2
Write it once
The composer counts down to the tightest limit of the networks you picked, and says when one of them needs a picture or a video.
- 3
Schedule and watch
Pick a time and it goes out on its own. Each network answers for itself, so one refusing never stops the rest.
What you get
- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X
- Pages, Instagram business accounts, TikTok profiles and X accounts. Each network’s own rules — character limits, whether a picture is required — are checked before you schedule, not after it fails.
- Built for many accounts
- Search, filter by network, and group accounts by client or brand. Pick all twelve at once, or just the ones in one group.
- Different wording per account
- The same post can read differently on X than on Facebook, without being written twice.
- A calendar of the month
- Everything scheduled across every account on one grid, so you can see the gaps before your audience does.
- Schedule a run of drafts
- Tick a handful of drafts and drop them onto the calendar evenly spaced — one a day, or one every few hours.
- Tokens kept encrypted
- The permission each network gives is encrypted before it is stored, refreshed quietly before it lapses, and never shown back to anyone.
- What each post did
- Likes, comments, shares and views are pulled back per account for a published post, next to the link to the real thing.
Common questions
What do I need before I can post?
An account on each network you want to post to, and permission granted to KudiBooks. Facebook and Instagram need a Page and an Instagram business or creator account; a personal Instagram cannot be posted to by any tool.
Can I reply to comments and messages here?
Not yet. Comments and direct messages are the next piece of work; today the inbox is a placeholder that says so rather than looking empty.
Does it write the posts for me?
No. Suggested captions are not built. You write them; KudiBooks handles sending them to the right places at the right time.
What happens if one network refuses a post?
Only that one fails. The post is marked partly published, the network’s own reason is shown against the account, and the others still go out.
